White Pepper Powder
White pepper is a spice derived from Black pepper (Pepper nigrum). Mature (almost over ripe Black pepper, yellow or red in color) are picked selectively . The overmaturing help build more flavor. The skin is removed by hand after soaking in water and fermenting for few hrs. The resulting product is white pepper. It is less pungent but has enough “bite” to add flavour to many dishes like soup, sauces and potato dishes.
Cleaned but not sterilised.
